Originally from upstate New York (Syracuse), I have been appraising residential properties in and around Charlotte and the surrounding area for 20 years. I am a certified residential appraiser in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Brockport.

Prior to owning my appraisal business, I was a staff appraiser for four years at Corelogic Valuation Solutions. Before that, I worked for 15 years as a Bank of America associate in consumer real estate capacities as a residential staff appraiser, finance analyst, and a government loan manager.

In 2018, I ventured out on my own and founded Trifoso Appraisal Services serving residential property needs in Mecklenburg and Union counties in North Carolina as well as Lancaster and York counties in South Carolina.

My vision is to utilize the residential appraisal knowledge that I have gained over the past 20 years and share it with the general public. I believe that the services I provide can be a productive asset to all people.
